Chocolate Chip Banana Bread
3 ripe mashed bananas
1/3 cup canola oil
2 eggs
3 tablespoons sour milk
2 cups flour
½ cup sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
½ cup chocolate chips (mini work best)
½ cup chopped nuts, optional

Make sour milk (combine 1 tablespoon vinegar and 2 tablespoons milk). Mash bananas. Mix bananas, oil, eggs, and sour milk well. Combine dry ingredients and add to banana mixture. Mix for two minutes on medium (like a cake). Bake in a loaf (1 hour at 350°) or as muffins (15-20 minutes at 375°).
Sometimes I'll use yogurt or sour cream instead of sour milk.
