Baked Swiss Chicken

Baked Swiss Chicken
Place in buttered baking pan:
8 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
Top with:
8 slices baby Swiss cheese

Mix and pour over chicken:
2 Tb. orange juice
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup

Sprinkle with:
2 cups seasoned, crushed stuffing mix

Melt and pour on top of all:
1 cup butter

Cover with foil. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours or 275° for 3 hours. Another version omits orange juice and sour cream and uses ½ cup water and a little grated cheese for the sauce and then drizzles 1/3 cup melted butter over (much healthier!). This can be prepared in about five minutes.
