Garlic Herb Bread

1¼ cups water
1½ tsp. salt
2-4 cloves garlic, minced
3¼ cups white flour
1 Tb. butter
2 Tb. sugar
1½ tsp. Italian seasoning
1½ tsp. yeast

Bake in breadmaker or mix by hand, let rise once, form into 2 loaves, let rise again, and bake 30-35 minutes at 350°.

Becky's Note: I formed my bread into a classic round loaf.  I cooked it in my dutch oven (preheated in a 500° oven) for 20 minutes with the lid.  Then I removed the lid and cooked it for 15 more minutes.  I love how it turned out crusty on the outside and really moist on the inside.
