Ice Cream Pie

A great (and easy!) pie filling for a Cookie Crumb Crust or a Graham Cracker Crust is ice cream! 

Ice Cream Pie
1 9 " crumb crust (made or purchased)
1 1/2 quarts softened ice cream
whipped cream, hot fudge, cherries, or additional garnishes

Soften your ice cream and gently spoon it into the crumb crust.  Re-wrap with plastic wrap and chill in the freezer until needed.  Allow to soften a few minutes before serving.  You can keep in the freezer for up to a week.

Tiffany's Notes: Yes, it's a cookies and cream ice cream pie, with an Oreo cookie crust, and an Oreo for garnish!  Yummy!
