Juicy Syrup

Juicy Syrup
1 cup sugar
2-3 Tb. cornstarch
1 cup 100% fruit juice
1 cup water
In a medium saucepan, stir together sugar and cornstarch. Stir in juice and water and whisk until all the lumps are gone. Bring syrup to a boil and cook until syrup thickens. Serve hot or cold. If your syrup is too thick, add a Tb. more juice.

Tiffany's Notes: I made a combination of these two syrups today--this Juicy Syrup and the Fruit Syrup.  I basically added peeled, diced Granny Smith apples and some frozen blueberries to an apple juice based Juicy Syrup.
