Bean Dip

Bean Dip
Layer on dish or tray:
(1) 2 cans refried beans

(2) 4 avocados mashed with 2 Tb. lemon juice, ½ tsp. salt, and ¼ tsp. pepper

(3) 1 cup sour cream mixed with ½ cup mayonnaise, and ½ pkg. taco seasoning or taco spices to taste

(4) Sprinkle over: grated cheese, cut up olives, diced tomato, chopped green onions. Optionally add diced bell peppers—green, yellow, and red. Refrigerate. Serve with tortilla chips.

Most people use bean dip as an appetizer- but I like to serve it as a nice meatless meal!
