Red Wheat vs. White Wheat
I recently finished a bucket of white wheat and started a bucket of red wheat, so I thought it would be fun to get a picture comparing the two. In both of these pictures the red wheat is on the left and the white wheat is on the right.
If you have a hard time with the taste of wheat, I would highly recommend giving white wheat a try. It has the same nutrients as red wheat, but a lighter flavor. In the past couple of years I've noticed that you can get white wheat flour in the bags at the grocery store now, whereas red wheat flour used to be the only whole wheat flour option.
