Dill Dip

 Enjoy this dip with your fresh summer vegetables!

Dill Dip

2 cups sour cream
4 Tb. dill weed
some dill juice (from pickles)
garlic salt to taste

Refrigerate 30 minutes. Good as a dip for vegetables.

Becky's Note:  I can remember growing dill in our Arizona backyard.  I must admit I did not love this dip as a child--but now grown up taste or nostalgia have made it a favorite!  I make my dips with plain yogurt and usually can't tell the difference.
