Cantaloupe Smoothie

1 ripe banana
¼ ripe cantaloupe
½ cup nonfat or low-fat yogurt
1½ Tb. orange juice concentrate
2 tsp. honey
milk

Becky's Note: I was afraid the cantaloupe flavor would be too strong in this drink (several of my kids do not eat cantaloupe?!!).  However, the flavor was mild and the cantaloupe made the drink a beautiful color!  Wouldn't you love to paint a room this color?

  1. I love making this with frozen fruit and/or frozen yogurt. It makes it more like an ice cream shake. You can easily freeze yogurt for smoothies. One way is to freeze it in ice cube trays. Another way is to freeze a small container of yogurt and chop up the frozen block of yogurt before adding it to the blender. {Except don't freeze yoplait--it doesn't come out of the container easily!}
