Festive Fudge
Festive Fudge
3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
Dash salt
½ to 1 cup chopped nuts, optional
1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
Line 8- or 9-inch square pan with foil or wax paper. Butter foil; set aside. Combine chocolate chips, milk, and salt in a microwavable bowl and melt carefully in the microwave. Stir together and add the other ingredients. Spread into pan and chill 2 hours or until firm. Turn onto a cutting board; peel off foil or paper and cut into squares. Store covered in the refrigerator.
Tiffany's Notes: This is a super easy fudge recipe. My daughter made this for one of our Christmas goodies. I also make it for Groundhog Day. :) Since it's such a simple recipe this is great to customize by adding nuts, marshmallows, candies, or other mix ins.
