Pancake Faces

Occasionally my father, John Wessman, would make face pancakes. Here are some pictures in memory of those days long ago.

Use any pancake batter. Drop small eyes and mouth on the grill and let cook 10-20 seconds, add the rest of the "head" around the face. Flip when bubbly. Serve to delighted children and grandchildren.  Another fun shape to make is a butterfly.
