Tortellini Tomato Spinach Soup

1 pkg frozen Tortellini
32 oz chicken or vegetable broth
6 oz  Cream Cheese
1 can RoTel tomatoes 10 oz
1 can diced tomatoes 14.5 oz
Fresh spinach cut up (remove big stems)
Optional:
½ can chopped green chilis
Chicken chunks.

Bring broth to boiling then add frozen tortellini; boil 2 minutes.  
Add RoTel tomatoes and diced tomatoes.  Cut up and melt cream cheese in a small bowl then stir into soup. (You can just add it to the soup to melt but it looks nicer if melted ahead.) Add fresh spinach and simmer a few minutes until wilted. Serve.  

Cooked chicken chunks and/or chopped chilis may be added for variety.
