Porcupine Peppers

Peppers can be stuffed with many different fillings and roasted for a fragrant, delicious, and colorful dinner.  A simple Porcupine recipe is a yummy filling for an abundance of peppers. 


Becky's Note: I love the smell of roasting peppers!  I did not fry the porcupines and just used the ingredients to stuff the peppers.  Meatloaf is another great filling for peppers.
