Marshmallow Sauce Fruit Dip
1 jar marshmallow creme
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Beat cream cheese. Mix in marshmallow creme. Thin with fruit juice if necessary. Use as a dip with fresh fruit.

Becky's Note: This is such a simple recipe!  This recipe is the only reason I have ever purchased marshmallow creme in my life.  I recently served this at a book club and everyone kept asking me for the recipe.  It is slightly embarrassing to say "Um, marshmallow creme and cream cheese" because it is so simple--but it is a good enough recipe to share!

Mom's Note: I prefer to thin this with a little bit of maraschino cherry juice which turns it a beautiful pink color and adds just a hint of cherry sweetness.

  1. It IS easy and good! A couple of times I've thinned it a bit too much--but, it's still good! I'll be careful to not add too much juice the next time I make it. :) I like to use pineapple juice or orange juice (to thin if needed).
